TRAINING
Module 1: Be Fearless

Module Description:
Being fearful limits growth in the body, mind and spirit. In this module we will examine the great texts such as the Yoga Sutras, The Bhagavad Gita, The Vedas & The Upanishads as well as Patanjali's 8-Limbed Path in the context and setting of ancient India. The result will be newly discovered opportunity and a sharpened awareness of what it means to be alive so that as a yoga teacher you can assist students in cultivating a life-path that is fearless. Each teacher trainee in the program will spend time on ethics and how that can be incorporated into their future teaching and lifestyle. In addition, the concept of service as a key to growth will be covered in this module. We will study how Seva is a critical piece in the role of the yoga teacher and how it influences the collective good. In cultivating this philosophy yoga teachers can assist others in breaking down the barriers of the self in order to live authentically and true.
