Education for Transformation

This program is for those individuals interested in getting their 200-Hour RYT certification to teach hot vinyasa or regular vinyasa yoga. This intensive program takes place in Eugene and Portland, Oregon at ZenSpot. The program begins with online distance education from anywhere in the world and continues with onsite, hands-on application. Successful graduates will receive their RYT certification that is recognized by the Yoga Alliance.

This program is for those individuals interested in getting their 300-Hour RYT as part of the partnership program between ZenSpot and Essential Hot Yoga. This module-based program takes place in Boise, Idaho as well as locations internationally. Successful graduates will receive their RYT300 certification that is recognized by the Yoga Alliance.

ZenSpot's 500-Hour YTT Program combines the requirements of the RYS 200 foundational standards with the RYS 300 advanced standards into one syllabus and a single program offering as per Yoga Alliance Standards. First module begins April 2016 in Costa Rica!

The ZenSpot Life Coaching Advocacy Certificate Program is designed for working professionals who need flexibility and are seeking to enhance their knowledge and skill set. It is also for a general audience who would like to better understand their own abilities and interests and embark on a new career path.

The Reiki Level I & II Practitioner Program at ZenSpot is in the Usui Traditional Lineage.
